UK Delivery

 

We endeavour to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 5 working days for your delivery.

All orders are despatched via Royal Mail Second Class.

 

UK delivery charges are determined by weight.

Non UK Delivery

We currently don’t deliver outside of the UK. But we hope too in the near future.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you will be delighted with your order.

 

Please order carefully -  we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for cut fabric unless faulty or damaged.

 

Please note fabrics which are woven from natural fibres have characteristics and other irregularities in the yarns which are features and not therefore treated as weaving faults.

Please ensure you test wash the fabric before use, cut a small sample and wash by hand cold or wash in machine. We do not accept returns for fabric that is washed incorrectly. Please contact us if you need advice on how to wash your fabric.

This does not affect your legal rights, including your claim to a refund or replacement, where goods are faulty.

If you need to arrange a return or exchange please email us within 7 days of receiving your order. 

You can contact us by emailing: makeithappen@creativedreams.uk, stating your full name, order number, contact telephone number and a brief description of issue. We will then issue you with a refunds number.

Clearly mark the packet with your returns number. You are responsible for the return postage cost.

 

We recommend you take your parcel to a Post Office and obtain a proof of postage. Retain your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.

 

Parcels that are returned to us remain your responsibility and a refund will not be given until we have safely received your goods undamaged and, where applicable, in the original packaging. In the event that goods are received in a used or damaged condition we reserve the right to charge for any associated reduction in resale value.

Refunds may take up to 5 working days to be processed from the date of us receiving your return.
