Workshop Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your place at least 2 weeks before the date of the workshop you will receive a refund, but a *£25 admin fee for any Adults workshops will be retained by Make-it Happen.

*£12 for Children’s Workshops.

If you cancel within 1 week of the date we will only be able to give a refund if your place can be filled.

No refunds will be given if you cancel 24 hours prior to the workshop start time

or if you fail to show.

Our Workshops may run if we have 2 or more people, therefore if your workshop does not have sufficient numbers we may contact you to offer you an alternative date.

If Make-it Happen cancels the workshop a full refund or alternative date will be offered.

​

Please be aware the workshop artists retain the intellectual property to their own ideas.

You cannot go into business making, or running workshops showing copies of the artist’s work.

 

You can however use the ideas for personal use and with your own students, if you are a teacher.

Refund Policy


 

For purchases from our online store, you have 14 days to request a refund. You must then return the items within the next 14 days. 

 

In person purchases in our physical shop are dealt with on a case by case basis. We do not accept returns on fabrics, ribbons and trims. 

 

Any items returned must be in their original packaging with no faults or damages. Proof of purchase will be required for any refunds, returns or exchanges.

 

Refunds for workshops will be made in line with our Workshop Cancellation Policy.

 

Our Inspection Fee for Sewing Machine repairs is non-refundable. 

 

Refunds will be processed by the end of the calendar month in which the refund is requested.
